The furnace bottom of the heat treatment furnace is load-bearing except the catenary furnace and some muffle. The thickness of the working layer and the insulating layer are generally 230mm and 70~230mm respectively. The former uses clay refractory bricks to masonry the latter, using clay or high alumina insulation bricks, floating bead bricks or diatomite bricks.
